Los Angeles Dodgers slugger Mookie Betts has been in hot form this week and spoke about the team's winning streak after their 4-2 victory over the Toronto Blue Jays on Saturday. The win marked a six-game winning streak for the LA side, of which five have been on the road. Betts' three hits in Saturday's encounter against the Blue Jays also marked his fourth consecutive multi-hit game, highlighting his recent form. Speaking on his consistency after the game, he said:

"It's just fun coming to the park, we've got a great group of guys... We're just playing good baseball."

Mookie Betts started his major league career with the Boston Red Sox in 2014 after being selected by them in the 2011 MLB Draft. He soon established himself as a capable hitter who was elite in defense as well. He spent five seasons in Boston, winning the World Series in 2018 before joining the Dodgers in 2020. In his first season in LA, they won the World Series, which was the second title of his career.

The Dodgers have been highly impressive in the MLB over the past week, winning the last game of their series against the Mets before going on to sweep the Nationals. Saturday's victory over the Blue Jays marked a six-game winning run and set up a chance for a second consecutive sweep.

Over their recent run, Mookie Betts has been one of the most consistent hitters in the lineup, recording four consecutive multi-hit games. On Saturday, he completed three hits, one of them an RBI in the fourth to extend the Dodgers' lead to 4-0, which was enoughto secure the win.
