For die-hard baseball fans, MLB.TV is the holy grail of baseball coverage, offering everything from regular-season games to the postseason, Minor Leagues, and much more. Since its debut in 2002, the broadcasting service has been the pinnacle of baseball coverage.

Thankfully, with the increase in technology, fans will have multiple options on how to stream games. The service allows fans across the country to be able to tune into their favorite team no matter where they are. While there will sometimes be blackouts based on local broadcasting rights, most games are available everywhere.
MLB.TV offers two primary subscription plans: All Teams ($149.99 a year) and Single Team ($129.99 a year). While the subscription does come with a big bill, baseball fans will also have access to Minor League Baseball action throughout the season. There will also be the usual programming that comes with the application, including highlights and news pieces.
With the cost of the service not cheap on its own, fans have been able to receive the world-class program through alternative sources. Among those options are FuboTV, T-Mobile and Amazon Prime.
Tomorrow, as part of the T-Mobile Tuesdays promotion, customers will receive a free year subscription to the service. When compared to every single option, if you are a T-Mobile customer, the free subscription trumps the others.

Fubo, formerly known as FuboTV, announced that it is adding MLB.TV to its lineup in the coming days. After the service was dropped by YouTubeTV over a contract dispute, Fubo swooped in to offer their customers baseball's biggest broadcast. Fubo customers will be able to add MLB.TV to their existing channel plan for $24.99/month.
Fubo is already known as one of the services that offer the most live sports, and with the latest addition, it will be tough to find another contender for that crown. While Fubo offers a 30-day free trial, they do have three different subscription plans. Each plan offers a different number of channels and options. Here are the price plans for each service.
- Pro Plan - $74.99/mo (157 channels + extras)
- Elite Plan - $84.99/mo (219 channels + extras)
- Premier Plan - $94.99/mo (228 channels + extras)
How to access MLB.TV on Amazon Prime
