Los Angeles Angels outfielder Hunter Renfroe is married to his long-time girlfriend Courtney Beach. The pair tied the knot on December 5, 2015, in their hometown of Crystal Springs.

The couple met each other in high school when they attended Copiah Academy in Gallman, Mississippi. While the outfielder went on to attend Mississippi State University, Courtney completed her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi in 2015.
