The Los Angeles Dodgers are going to the World Series after beating the New York Mets in Game 6 of the National League championship series at Dodger Stadium on Sunday.
Following the win, Dodgers players celebrated the NL pennant triumph with their teammates and their family members at the ballpark.
In a post shared by MLB, Dodgers All-Star first baseman Freddie Freeman posed for a picture with his wife, Chelsea, and his sons after the game. In the photo, the one-time World Series winner held his youngest son, Max, in his arms. The three-year-old is recovering from Guillain-Barre syndrome, a rare neurological condition.
Dodgers utility man Kike Hernandez, who has been clutch for the NL West winners in the postseason, enjoyed the celebrations with his daughter Penelope. All-Star outfielder Mookie Betts posed with his wife Brianna Hammonds while manager Dave Roberts and his wife Tricia clicked a selfie.
Although veteran pitcher Clayton Kershaw wasn't part of the rotation during the championship series due to his injury, he was a part of the celebrations with his wife and children.

Dodgers first baseman Freedie Freeman's wife Chelsea, who has rocked up to ballpark for every postseason game, shared the moment the Dodger clinched the AL pennant from the stands.
She also shared pictures from the game with her sons in Dodgers blue. Her eldest son, Charlie had caricatures of Dodgers' All-Star trio of Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts and Freddie Freeman. Meanwhile the other two sons rocked jerseys with Freddie's face on it.
The Dodgers have set up a much anticipated clash against the New York Yankees in the Fall Classic. While Shohei Ohtani is chasing a first World Series title of his illustrious MLB career, he will be up against Yankees' Aaron Judge, eyeing the same accolade.
