The Rangers' series against the Brewers this week marks Corey Seager's first time in Milwaukee since he came with the Dodgers back in 2021. This time, the superstar shortstop made sure to bring along a plus one, his wife, Madisyn.
Madisyn Seager shared a succession of photos on her Instagram account, showing off the fun they were having. Referencing the views along the Milwaukee River, Madisyn claimed "Ok, MKE, you're kinda cute" before sharing a snap of the American Family Field, the 28th MLB ballpark, where she has watched her husband play.
Prior to the 2022 season, Seager signed a massive ten-year deal worth $325 million with the Texas Rangers. The deal was the franchise's largest ever, beating out the multi-million dollar contract inked between the team and Alex Rodriguez back in 2003.
Last year, Seager was named World Series MVP on account of the three home runs and six RBIs he hit during the Fall Classic. His strides to bring a World Series to Texas early on in his tenure with the team served to make him a legend already around Globe Life Park.
Corey Seager can always rely on Madisyn for crucial support
Although Seager maintains a mediocre .255 average on the season, the shortstop's average has been just .171 over the past two weeks. Thankfully for Rangers fans, Corey Seager is an experienced competitor who knows how to break a cold snap, and relying on Madisyn for support is a huge part of that. After her husband's 2020 World Series win, Madisyn wrote on Instagram:
"You are so inspiring, babe and I’m just so grateful to be your biggest cheerleader through it all!! YOU DID THE DA*N THING."
Fortunate to have his wife out on the road with him, do not expect it to be long before Seager is once again hitting like a World Series MVP.
