Nolan Schubart joined Oklahoma State University in 2023 to pursue his education and baseball career after high school. As a marketing major at the university, he has also become a key player for the Oklahoma State Cowboys baseball team, representing the university on the field. In his freshman season, Schubart played in 61 games, starting in 59 of them. Moreover, he made 58 starts in left field and one as a designated hitter.

He also collected multiple All-America and Freshman All-America honors in 2023 and was named to the All-America Third Team by Collegiate Baseball, the National Collegiate Baseballl Writers (NCBWA), and by The American Baseball Ccoaches Association (ABCA)/Rawlings. Additionally, he was honored as a Freshman All-American by Collegiate Baseball, the NCBWA, Perfect Game/Rawlings, D1Baseball, and Baseball America. Nolan's achievements also include being named Co-Big 12 Freshman of the Year and earning a spot on the All-Big 12 First Team.

Furthermore, Nolan Schubart was selected for the ABCA/Rawlings All-Central Region First Team and was a unanimous choice for the Big 12 All-Freshman Team.

Additionally, he ranked seventh in home runs with a total of 17 throughout the season.

His performance led the Oklahoma State Cowboys baseball team with 74 RBIs, marking the most RBIs by a Cowboys player since 2007.

Nolan Schubart attended St. Mary’s High School where he excelled both academically and athletically. He played baseball for his school team and led with a batting average of .354 with 13 home runs and 42 RBIs during his senior year.
