Bryce Harper has Philadelphia Phillies fans mouth-watering. He hit during batting practice ahead of the Phillies' home matchup with the Cincinnati Reds. It doesn't look like he's missed a step as he was launching home runs during BP.

Harper is just four months removed from Tommy John surgery. This is encouraging for someone who was slated to return to the team as a DH after the All-Star break.

By the looks of his swing, he could return to the team well before the All-Star break. This would be a huge boost for the club as their division foe, the Atlanta Braves, has started the season off hot.

The Phillies have Harper on the 10-day IL as opposed to the 60-day IL. This is a smart move, as Harper isn't handcuffed to a certain date. Whenever he feels he's healthy enough to rejoin the team, he'll be in the lineup.

"He is so back," one fan tweeted.
"Miss this man with a passion," another fan tweeted.

Philadelphia Phillies fans couldn't be happier to see Bryce Harper back in the batter's box. He was key to the team's impressive run in the postseason last year.

Harper hit six home runs during the postseason last year. That speaks to the type of competitor he is. He'll always show up in the big moments and make it count.

Bryce Harper's return will be huge for the Philadelphia Phillies

The Philadelphia Phillies weren't happy with just making the World Series last season. They added to their team in the offseason in hopes of getting over the edge and hoisting a World Series trophy.

Their biggest addition came by signing All-Star shortstop Trea Turner in free agency. Turner is one of the best shortstops in the entire league. He's a true five-tool player and can impact the game in any way.

The Phillies will be intimidating once Bryce Harper returns. Pitchers must figure out how to pitch around Harper, Kyle Schwarber, and Trea Turner. Add J.T. Realmuto, Alec Bohm, and Nick Castellanos as other tough hitters opposing pitchers will have to face. This lineup is loaded with talented hitters who can change the game with just one swing of the bat.

This team is arguably more talented this year than they were last year. It will be interesting to see how far they go this season.
