The Pittsburgh Pirates are an American professional baseball team based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The team competes in Major League Baseball as a proud member of the National League (NL). Notably, the team has gained recognition for their black and gold colored jerseys, which symbolizes the sports culture of the city.

Throughout its great history, the team has produced legendary players like the late Roberto Clemente, Willie Stargell, Honus Wagner, Ralph Kiner, Bill Mazeroski as well as great modern players like Andrew McCutchen among others. The team currently uses the PNC Park as their stadium for the home games.

They are also committed towards the development of upcoming players and building of a strong team. After the 2023 MLB season ended, the team’s record was 76-86-0.
