He started out as a baseball player for the little leagues In Florida before he played college baseball for the Florida State Seminoles at Florida State University. He started his professional baseball career by signing with the Toronto Blue Jays as an undrafted free agent in 1999.
Kevin Cash’s MLB playing career spanned teams like the Toronto Blue Jays, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Boston Red Sox (two stints) New York Yankees and Houston Astros from 2002 to 2010.
