Hitting a home run is not easy, but it is something that happens multiple times across a slate of MLB games every day. This is especially true with so many teams back on the schedule on Tuesday after an off day yesterday. Predicting who will hit the home runs is hard, but we've got the best bets from DraftKings to keep an eye on today.
Best MLB home run prop bets for September 10
5) Matt Olson: +450
It's easy to forget that Matt Olson hit over 50 home runs last year to lead baseball. He has a great matchup today against the Washington Nationals and Mitchell Parker. Though it is lefty on lefty, Parker has struggled to an 8-11 record and 4.32 ERA. Olson is also up to 25 total home runs this year.
4) Jose Ramirez: +360
Jose Ramirez has 34 home runs this year, the eighth-most in baseball. He hasn't hit any in the last week or in September at all, so he's due for one. He's facing Jonathan Cannon, who is 3-9 with a 4.53 ERA. He has a good chance to move up the HR leaderboard today against the Chicago White Sox.
3) Luis Robert Jr.: +310
Luis Robert Jr. has just 14 home runs this year. He has zero in the month of September. It's hard to remember he hit 38 last year, but he could remind fans of that tonight against right-handed pitcher Ben Lively (11-9, 4.07 ERA) of the Cleveland Guardians.
2) Kyle Tucker: +300
Houston Astros' Kyle Tucker returned from injury and proceeded to get one hit, two walks and an RBI in two games played. He's due to hit a home run soon, and he has a great matchup with the Oakland Athletics. Osvaldo Bido (5-3,3.41) is on the mound against Tucker and company today.
1) Yordan Alvarez : +210
Yordan Alvarez is today's best bet to hit a home run, which isn't all that surprising. The Houston Astros slugger has the 10th-most home runs in baseball with 32, including two in the last week. He's also hit four in seven games in September, so he's hot right now. Plus, he has the same matchup as Tucker.
