Wander Samuel Franco Aybar Sr. is a shortstop in American baseball. He is currently playing for the Tampa Bay Rays in MLB.

Wander Franco was born on March 1, 2001 in Bani, Dominican Republic. He made his MLB debut for the Rays on June 22, 2021. He recorded his first career hit, a home run, in that game. In 2022, he became the first player in the history of the Tampa Bay Rays to score multi home runs at 21 years old. In 2023, he debuted in his first All-Star game as a replacement for Aaron Judge.
