The 7-foot-4 center, Zach Edey hails from Canada and played college basketball for the Purdue Boilermakers in the BIg Ten conference. The 22-year-old was one of a handful of players to win both the Conference and National Player of the Year back to back. In his final year, Edey led the Boilermakers to their first-ever National finals appearance after 55 years.

As a three-star recruit, Edey joined Purdue over offers from Baylor and Santa Clara and became the tallest player in the Big Ten history.
