Jalen Brunson's wife Ali Brunson campaigns for Knicks guard's 2nd All-Star bid in 2 words 

Jalen Brunson's wife Ali Brunson started her own campaign for her husband's second All-Star selection. The New York Knicks star's wife reshared a post from the team's official page on her Instagram story, urging fans to vote for Brunson.

Ali Brunson asked her followers to vote for Brunson every day:

"Vote everyday," she wrote in the caption.

There are only six days during the All-Star voting that the fan voting will count six times the actual number of votes. The first of the six days was on Dec. 21, followed by Dec. 25 and Jan. 3. Furthermore, Jan, 10, 17 and 20 are the three remaining days in the All-Star voting with the "3-for-1" option.

In the second fan return in the All-Star voting, Jalen Brunson finished fourth among guards in the Eastern Conference with 934,860 votes. He was behind LaMelo Ball, Donovan Mitchell and Damian Lillard.

The fan voting alone accounts for 50% which eventually determines the starters. The remaining 50% belongs to coaches and media. The reserves are selected by the head coaches of all the 30 teams in the league.

This season, Brunson's numbers have come down both in overall scoring and efficiency. Last season, the Knicks star averaged 28.7 points on 47.9% shooting from the field and 40.1% from the 3-point line. This season he is averaging 25.0 ppg on 47.7% shooting from the field and 38.6% from the 3-point line.

However, Brunson's dropping numbers are also due to the presence of Karl-Anthony Towns. With Towns in the rotation, Brunson had to take more of a facilitator's role leading to an increase in his assists this season.

Jalen Brunson and his wife Ali Brunson recently entered Madison Square Garden twinning. The couple wore matching black outfits before the Knicks faced the Utah Jazz on Thursday.

The couple wore matching Knicks sweatshirts with a knitted Elmo in Brunson's jersey. Ali Brunson matched her outfit with a pair of black boots and a black handbag.

"Who wore it better?" she asked her Instagram followers in the caption.

Jalen and Ali Brunson have been together since they were in high school in Lincolnshire, Illinois. They continued to date each other even when they went to different locations for college. Ali stayed in Illinois at the University of Illinois, while Brunson attended Villanova University to play Division I basketball.

The couple dated for a decade before they got married in 2023. Brunson proposed at their high school gym at Adlai E. Stevenson High School. The couple welcomed their daughter Jordyn James Brunson last year in July.
