New York Knicks teammates Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart made a bet about the name of Detroit Pistons big man Jalen Duren. On Friday's episode of "Roommates Show," they argued over Duren's real name. While his actual name is "Jalen Duren," Hart mistakenly thought it was "Jaren Duren."
Hart was confident in his guess and agreed on a $1,000 bet with Brunson, who insisted the name was "Jalen Duren."
One of the crew members of their podcast researched the name and showed it to the hosts. As soon as Brunson read it, he knew he made the right choice.
"Give me my f**king money, dumba**," Brunson said as he walked away from the mic.

Hart explained that he confused Duren with another Pistons player, Jaden Ivey. As soon as Brunson returned to his seat, he reminded everyone about his bet with Hart.
"Josh owes me $1,000."
"Not paying it," Hart responded.
Brunson had a resolve to Hart's comment about how he won't pay the bet.
"Take it out of you kids' school fund."

Jalen Brunson had a hilarious interaction with Derrick Rose's son
Last Saturday, Jalen Brunson's Knicks faced the Chicago Bulls on a night honoring former Bulls player Derrick Rose. The Knicks, a team Rose played for twice, also paid tribute to the former MVP. Rose's former teammates, coaches, friends, and family were present to celebrate him. His son, PJ, attended the game and interacted with players, including Brunson.
Before the game started, the Knicks guard saw Rose's son shooting around the court. Brunson's father, Rick (the team's assistant coach), told the one-time All-Star to give PJ one of his jerseys. Brunson thought it was a good idea and handed one of his jerseys to the younger Rose.
When Brunson wanted to sign it, PJ refused and told the star guard that his autograph would mess up the jersey.
Brunson recalled his childhood interaction with Michael Jordan, who asked if he wanted his autograph. His response was the same as what PJ said to him.
