Early Life and High School Career


Patrick Baldwin Jr. grew up in Wisconsin and attended high school and college there. He was born in Green Bay, attended high school in Sussex and college in Milwaukee. He played basketball for Hamilton High School in Sussex, Wisconsin, and was part of the state championship team in his freshman year. He averaged 24.3 points and 10.8 rebounds per game in his sophomore year and earned Wisconsin Gatorade Player of the Year honors. He was named to the McDonald’s All-American team in 2021 along with the Jordan Brand Classic and Nike Hoop Summit.



College Career


Patrick Baldwin Jr. played for the Milwaukee Panthers, an NCAA Division-I team in the Horizon League. Despite having unimpressive numbers in his college days, Baldwin Jr. is still a highly sought-after prospect. He is the only player on the Panthers who is a consensus five-star recruit, according to every national scouting report such as ESPN, 247Sports, etc. The team didn’t perform well, ending the season with a 10-22 record. They lost the first game of the Horizon League Tournament to the UIC Flames and didn’t make it to the NCAA stage.



NCAA Tournament Performance


The Milwaukee Panthers, unfortunately, didn’t make it to the NCAA tournament. They got eliminated in the first round of the Horizon League Tournament, losing 80-69 to UIC. Patrick Baldwin Jr. didn’t play in that game.
