The College World Series starts tonight at 7:30 p.m. ET as the No. 1 seed Tennessee Volunteers and the No. 3 seed Texas A&M Aggies battle for what would be the first national baseball championship for either school. The Aggies come from a regular season in which they finished second in the SEC West, behind the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Tennessee won the SEC East and the regular season conference title. The Vols would win the SEC tournament, beating last year's College World Series champions, the LSU Tigers. The Volunteers are looking to become the first No. 1 national seed to win a College World Series since 1999.

The weather report for tonight at Omaha is clear skies, with 85 degrees. There's a 15% chance of precipitation, and humidity is at 64%. The minimum for tonight is set at 63 degrees. It will unlikely rain at tonight's clash between the Vols and Aggies.

Will Hunter Ensley play tonight's game?

There's one doubt in tonight's lineup of the Tennessee Volunteers: Outfielder Hunter Ensley. Ensley suffered an injury on Sunday's victory over the North Carolina Tar Heels. Head coach Tony Vitello gave the following update on Friday regarding Ensley's participation in the College World Series:

"Today will have a lot to do with it. I think he could go out there. It’s just a matter of matchups and we feel good about our depth, too. There’s other guys who can play the outfield and play in different spots...," Tony Vitello said.
"We don’t want to push it, but at the same time, he’s our guy. We want him in the lineup in some capacity. But I think there’s a lot of time between now and the first pitch tomorrow. So hopefully, that will benefit him," Vitello continued.

Expect to see Ensley in the designated hitter spot.
