Born on January 2, 2001, Kerr Kriisa is an Estonian collegiate basketball guard for the SEC's Kentucky Wildcats, as of 2024. He formerly was a member of the West Virginia Mountaineers and Arizona Wildcats. Kriisa is from Tartu and has played for the Estonian junior and senior national teams. He was vital to Estonia’s maiden win over Lithuania in 2020.
Since he was 12, Kriisa has been a member of his hometown club BC Tartu's youth teams. In the 2016–17 KML season, at the age of 15, he made his debut with Tartu Ülikool.
