Paxson Wojcik is a professional baksetball guard for Stal Ostrów Wielkopolski in the Polish Basketball League. Wojcik attended La Porte's La Lumiere School, where he was nominated for McDonald's All-American and received the Scholar-Athlete Award. He was considered a three-star prospect right out of high school and played for the Illinois Wolves.
Wojcik began his collegiate career with the Loyola Ramblers in 2020. After 45 appearances in his two seasons with the Ramblers, Paxson transferred to Brown University in 2022. During his first season, he averaged 9.6 points and 3 rebounds per game while playing in 27 games. With 14.9 points, 57 three-pointers, and 7.2 rebounds per game, he finished second on the team in his second season, starting all 27 games. In the 2023–24 season, Wojcik was a co-winner of the Marvin Williams Carolina Way Award, which recognizes the player who most embodies playing hard, being selfless, and putting the team's needs first.
