Ashton Jeanty is a college football player who plays as a running back for the Boise State Broncos, as of 2024. He was born on December 2, 2003, and grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. Jeanty attended Lone Star High School in Frisco, Texas, to complete his schooling. There, he played as a running back, wide receiver, outside linebacker, and defensive end as well.

In his senior year, Ashton Jeanty played 12 games and recorded 1,843 yards on 229 carries (8.0 yards/carry) and 810 yards on 41 receptions. He also scored 41 touchdowns including 31 rushing and 10 receiving. He was rated a four-star recruit by 247Sports and a three-star recruit by ESPN. During his freshman year, Jeanty appeared in all 14 games including two starts. He had a total of 821 yards rushing on 156 carries, which was ranked second among all Broncos. He added 157 yards receiving on 14 receptions and was named into the College Football News Freshman All-Bowl Team.
