He comes with an impressive head coaching record of 113-16 in his career, with a 25-3 record as the head coach for the Washington Huskies. He guided the Huskies to some memorable achievements, such as winning the Pac-12 conference and the Sugar Bowl game. His breakthrough period was during his time at Sioux Falls, where he won three NAIA National Championships as the head coach.
