William Malaki Starks is a collegiate football safety for the Georgia Bulldogs of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). Better known as Malaki Starks, his schooling was done at Jefferson High School, where he was also a member of his school's football team. During his time with the team, he helped his team to win the GHSA Class 4A state championship game and was also named to the Georgia All-State Second Team Defense in 2020.

Malaki Starks became a member of the Georgia Bulldogs college football team in 2022, following the end of his school football career. His most notable achievement is becoming the CFB national champion in 2022. He also earned Consensus All-America First Team honors in 2023. As of December 2024, he also gained AFCA, FWWA All-America First Team honors in 2024.

Malaki Starks Powerade NIL deal

Malaki Starks was one of the athletes who signed a NIL deal with Powerade on August 24, 2023, as per On3. This NIL deal was for the "It takes more" campaign for the sports drink company. Based on the NIL deal, Malaki Starks was one of the athletes to feature in the campaign.

Malaki Starks' charity works

Malaki Starks has given back to his community in the form of charity work. Through his NIL deals with Dick's Sporting Goods and Associated Credit Union, he took 16 kids for Christmas shopping while spending $300 for each of them in 2022, as per On3. There were two trips and these were organized and maintained by Everett Sports Marketing (ESM) and $7,000 was spent on purchasing Christmas gifts for 26 kids.

Malaki Starks has also organized a football camp for thirty youngsters alongside Wilderness Works at Cabbagetown Park in Georgia on July 28, 2023, as per The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
