William Malaki Starks, also called Malaki Starks represents the Georgia Bulldogs college football team of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) as their junior defensive back in the 2024-2025 season. A resident of Jefferson, Georgia, United States, he was a student at Jefferson High School, where he represented the school's football team. He led his team to become the GHSA Class 4A state champions in 2020. For his performances, he was honored with Georgia All-State Second Team Defense in 2020. He also competed in the Under Armour All-American Game in 2022.

After Malaki Starks ended his school football career, he became a member of the Georgia Bulldogs in 2022. His most notable achievement is winning the CFB National Championship as a freshman in 2022. He also earned Consensus All-America First Team honors in 2023. Throughout Malaki Starks' college football career, he has made 193 combined tackles in 42 games. This includes 123 solo tackles and 70 assisted tackles in his career, as of 2024.
