Bangladesh (BAN) will take on Nepal (NEP) in match number 37 of the ICC Men's 2024 T20 World Cup at the Arnos Vale Ground, Kingstown in St Vincent on Sunday, June 16. The Group D match will begin at 5:00 AM IST (June 17) & 7:30 PM local time (June 16)

Bangladesh are in a strong position to qualify for the Super 8 round from Group D. They have four points from three matches and a win on Monday will confirm their berth in the next round. They can qualify even with a loss if Netherlands go down to Sri Lanka in their last match.

If the Dutch win and finish on four points, equal with Bangladesh (assuming they lose to Nepal), Najmul Hossain Shanto's team can still qualify on the basis on net run rate. Bangladesh's current net run rate stands at +0.478, while Netherlands' run rate is -0.408.

While Nepal have been knocked out, they gave South Africa a massive scare in their previous match, going down fighting by one run. They will be keen to end their T20 World Cup campaign on a high.
