The inaugural season of the Women's Premier League (WPL) will take place in Mumbai between March 04-26, 2023.
The GMR-owned Delhi Capitals Women will kick start their campaign against the Royal Challengers Women at the Brabourne Stadium on March 05.
The caravan of their campaign will then move to the Dr DY Patil Stadium, where they will lock horns with UP Warriorz (March 07), Mumbai Indians Women (March 09), Gujarat Giants (March 11) and the Royal Challengers Bangalore Women on March 13th.
They will play their 6th and the final (8th) league stage fixture against Gujarat Giants and UP Warriorz at the Brabourne Stadium on March 16 & 21 respectively, while DY Patil will host their penultimate fixture on March 20th against MI Women.
For the uninitiated, the side that finishes at the top of the table following the completion of the league stage, will directly qualify for the finals while the 2nd and 3rd ranked teams will face off in the Eliminator for the remaining berth.
The final will take place at the Brabourne Stadium on March 26th.
