What happened after England became World Cup winner?
Many cricket fans were unhappy with the boundary count rule being used to determine the World Cup winner. New Zealand ended up losing the mega event only because they hit less boundaries than England.
ICC soon changed the rules. They introduced a new rule, wherein if the match ends in a tie and the Super Over is also a tie, then there will be another Super Over until fans get a clear winner.
