USA batter Steven Taylor admitted that they are thinking about qualifying for the Super 8 since their hard-fought victory against Pakistan. He also reckoned that it would be a dream come true moment for them.

"It's something that we've all been thinking about after beating Pakistan. It'll be a dream come true to go to the next round. Especially the Super Eight would be the first time it's happened as well. But at the end of the day, it's close. Until the next World Cup event is, we're [going] all out," Taylor told reporters.

Either a win or one point will be enough for the USA to qualify for the Super 8 alongside India from Group A.
