
Ravindra Jadeja is a professional cricket all-rounder who plays for the Indian cricket team in Tests and ODIs. He was born on December 06, 1988 in Navagam, Gujarat to his parents, Anirudh and Late Lata Jadeja. Jadeja played the Under-19 World Cup in 2006, in which Team India reached the final of the tournament. He was also the part of the India Under-19 team that won in 2008 under the leadership of young Virat Kohli. He was the vice-captain of the side.
Ravindra Jadeja made his domestic debut in the 2006-07 Duleep Trophy season. In the Ranji Trophy, he plays for the Saurashtra State Team. He made his international in an ODI game against Sri Lanka on February 08, 2009. After two days, he made his T20I debut against the same opposition. In 2012, he becomes an all-format player when he made his test debut against England. In the same year, he becomes the first Indian batter to score three triple hundreds in the First-Class Cricket. He was a part of Team India’s 2013 and 2025 Champions Trophy, and T20 WC 2024 winning team. In the IPL, he has represented teams like Rajasthan Royals, Kochi Tuskers Kerala, Gujarat Lions, and Chennai Super Kings.
