Ribbuny Botan is available as a Level 53 Field boss in the Feybreak island. It is near the Scorched Hill fast-travel point (coordinates: -1211, -1353). Notably, it is not inside a dungeon and can be easily located on the map. You can weaken the Pal by dealing damage and subsequently use powerful Pal Spheres to capture it.

Alternatively, the Pal can be found at several locations throughout Feybreak Island. You can navigate to the game's Palpedia section to check its habitat location during the day and night.
