NBA 2K25 is set to release on September 6, 2024. Every year, 2K tries to improve the 3D modeling of their players, making them closer to real life. This year as well, they have worked on the player models and added newer features to make the game more realistic. The developers have also refreshed the player ratings again this year, based on players' performances last season and their current form.

100 highest-rated WNBA players in 2K25
Here are the superstars from the NBA Women's division:
The top position on this list is held by A'ja Wilson, rated at a whopping 99 overall. Not only is she the highest-rated in WNBA but she is also the highest-rated in 2K25. From the men's team, the highest is Nikola Jokic, who has an overall of 98, one less than that of Wilson.
Wilson averaged 20.7 points in her whole career with a 3-point percentage of 37.3%. She was 98 rated in 2K24 and has received an upgrade of +1 overall. She is followed by Breanna Stewart, who plays for New York Liberty and is rated 97 in the newest iteration. She averaged 20.7 points, the same as Wilson, throughout her career. Her 3-point percentage is 35.6%. Her rating remained the same compared to 2K24.

Among the top 100, DearicaHamby received the highest upgrade compared to her 2K24 version. She was featured as a 76-rated player at the start of 2K24 but received a 13-point upgrade to 89 in 2K25. She has averaged 10 career points and got a 34.2% 3-point percentage in 2024.

Like Thomas received the highest upgrade among the top 100 WNBA players in NBA 2K25, Courtney Vandersloot saw the most points deducted from her overall. She lost six points from her launch rating in 2K24.
Alongside Jayson Tatum from the Boston Celtics, A'ja Wilson is featured on the cover of 2K25, representing the WNBA. Wilson claimed that this has been a big moment for her and is evidence of the growing WNBA fandom. 2K scanned more players from the women's division to be added as characters in the newer iteration. Wilson feels empowered by this move, also expressing her excitement for the fans to experience it.
