Indian cricketing icon Virat Kohli celebrated his 36th birthday yesterday. He received wishes from many celebrities across various fields. Even footballers didn't forget to wish him. One such footballer is Italy's Agata Isabella Centasso.
The former India skipper is a personality admired by many not only in India but all over the world. It is mainly due to the accolades he has received while playing cricket and the type of person he is.
Centasso, a footballer in Italy, shared her wishes on X (formerly Twitter), writing:

Virat Kohli lovers appreciated Centasso's love for cricket and that of the cricketer himself. A user replied to her post, where she was seen wishing Kohli while wearing an Indian cricket team jersey. He wrote:

Another fan did not hesitate to inform Centasso that she is one of the best fans from outside India who loves Kohli. He mentioned in his reply:

Virat Kohli chooses Cristiano Ronaldo as his favorite footballer
Virat Kohli has openly stated that Cristiano Ronaldo to be his favorite footballing star. The Indian cricketer admires the work ethic Ronaldo possesses and also believes the Portuguese to be the most complete footballer he has ever seen.
Kohli also supports every team Ronaldo plays for and said the following about Ronaldo in an interview back in 2019 (via Telegrafi):
"I think he has faced many challenges and he has overcome them all. He's the most complete player I've ever seen and his work ethic, as you said earlier, is second to none. He inspires a lot of people. Not many people do this. He is also a leader and I like him."
When it comes to Indian football, Kohli shares a close bond with former India skipper Sunil Chhetri. Notably, both represent the same city in their respective leagues. While Kohli plays for IPL side Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Chhetri who has retired from international football, still takes the field for Bengaluru FC in the Indian Super League.
The 36-year-old recently played in the test series against New Zealand. However, he won't be a part of the squad for the T20 series against South Africa, which begins on November 8.
