The Watch 7 comes in two variants 40 mm and 44 mm. Most of the specs on these two models are the same except for the battery size and screen size. The 40 mm model has 1.3 inch screen size and the 44mm has 1.5 inch. The battery sizes of the respective models are 300 mAh and 425 mAh.
The Watch 7 Ultra features a 1.5-inch display same as the 44mm Watch 7 but comes with a 590 mAh battery size. All the models come with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB storage running on Wear OS 5.
