About PMTS Season 2
PUBG Mobile Talent Search (PMTS) is an invitational PUBG Mobile tournament hosted by VSG Esports featuring both the pro teams and the underdog teams. PMTS provides an opportunity for 4000 underdog PUBG players to participate and play against the best players in the game. PMTS 2 is the second season of the event and includes top teams like SouL, Fnatic, Orange Rock, TSM Entity and many more.
PMTS 2 Dates
The tournament will be held from 16th June 2020
PMTS 2 Format
Round 1:
- 1000 Underdog Teams
- 50 Groups
- Each group consists of 20 teams
- Top 8 teams will be selected from each group and a total of 400 teams move to the second round.
Round 2:
- 400 Teams
- 20 Groups
- Each group consists of 20 teams
- Top 7 teams will be selected from each group and a total of 140 teams get qualified for the third round.
Round 3:
- 140 Teams + 20 invited Teams
- 8 Groups
- Each group consists of 20 teams
- Top 2 teams will be selected from each group and a total of 16 teams get qualified for the final round
The final round of PMTS 2 is a LAN event
Prize Pool
The pro teams and the underdog teams will compete against each other for a total prize pool of INR 8,00,000
