About PUBG Mobile World League 2020
PMWL 2020 is the first-ever PUBG world league event organized by Tencent games starting from 10th July. PMCO Global Finals is replaced by PUBG Mobile World League(PMWL). This first edition of PUBG Mobile World League will be referred to as Season Zero. The format of the PMWL event is changed from offline to online due to the covid-19 pandemic. 7 teams from the PMPL South Asia tournament have qualified for PMWL along with 13 other teams. A total of 20 teams will be participating in the event. PMWL 2020 will further set the stage for PUBG Mobile World Championship 2020.
PMWL 2020 Dates
PUBG Mobile World League will take place from 10th July to 9th August for the East and West regions, starting from 6 PM IST and 12:30 AM IST respectively. PMWL 2020 Finals will feature 24 matches and it will go on for 4 days from 6th August 2020 to 9th August 2020.
Prize Pool
PMWL will have a missive prize pool of 850,000 USD which is the biggest prize money till date for a single event in PUBG Mobile.

Opening Weekend
- 20 Qualified teams
- 5 Groups containing 4 teams each
- 3 days
- 15 matches
League Stage
- 5 Groups containing 4 teams each
- Matches every Tuesday and Wednesday
- 10 matches per week and 5 Matches per day
- 16 teams will be qualified from this round for super weekend
Super Weekend
- 16 teams from the League stage
- Matches on every weekend
- 15 matches per week and 5 matches per day
- Top teams will qualify for League Finals
PMWL League Finals
- 16 Teams
- 18 total matches
- 6 matches per day
- The team leading the points table will win the title
