About South Africa vs Ireland 2022
We're all excited to see Ireland play South Africa in a true bilateral series. In August 2022, England will host two Twenty20 Internationals and hopes to turn a few heads in the cricketing world.
History
There have only been five international cricket matches between South Africa and Ireland, with four of them being ODIs and one being a T20I. In 2007, they met twice, while in 2008 and 2017, they met once each. All five games were held in different countries, including the West Indies, Ireland, India, Australia, and South Africa.
All five have been won by the Proteas.
Format
During the tour, the teams will compete in two T20I matches. The games are set to take place between August 3 and 5, 2022.
Venues
The 2022 T20I series between South Africa and Ireland will take played at County Ground in Bristol.
