"Is f**ing crazy!", "He's made $50 million!": Golf insiders react to Tommy Fleetwood's winless PGA Tour career

Tommy Fleetwood is the only player currently ranked in the world's top 10 (January 2025) who has never won an event on the PGA Tour. It's a fact so surprising that it often provokes comment from fans and the media.

The topic was raised during a recent episode of Barstool Sports' Fore Play. The podcast's popular hosts, Riggs, Frankie, and Trent, expressed both admiration for Fletwood's career and disbelief that he has never won an event the PGA Tour level.

Frankie: "That guy's career is so interesting, it really is, how big of a star he is without getting a PGA Tour win is outrageous. He crushes it on the DP World Tour, he has International wins, right?, like six or seven of them, I mean, the guy does it pretty well."

Riggs: "He has zero PGA Tour wins, which is f***ing crazy... he's ninth in the world, ninth in the Official World Golf Ranking. Now the LIV guys get screwed but I don't know that there would be many LIV guys ahead of him... he's got $20 million in tour earnings on the PGA Tour, $29.4 million on the European tour with a total of 49.7 million...

Trent: He's made $50 million dollars!

Tommy Fleetwood has not played an official tournament since the DP World Tour Championship last November. That's why he moved from 9th to 10th in the world rankings after the update following the Sony Open in Hawaii.
