Rockstar Games recently released the GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties DLC and, so far, its reception has mostly been positive. This content update features a new kind of property that comes with some unique and entertaining missions. It also offers fresh vehicles, including several new police cars that you can start vigilante missions through.
That said, there are several reasons why one might not be too fond of the GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties update. With that in mind, here are three things related to this patch that left fans disappointed.

3 things in GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties that have disappointed fans
1) Next-gen exclusives
The new downloadable content comes with several unique features and rewards, but a lot of these seem to be exclusive to current-gen consoles, the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. For instance, you won't be getting the Bottom Dollar Bounties bulletproof vest that was featured extensively when Rockstar revealed the DLC if you're not playing this update on those consoles.
This is because the item is part of the expansion's progression rewards and can't be accessed by players on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The same applies to the new skin for the Stun Gun, which is also locked on these systems.
Finally, there's a custom version of the Canis Castigator in GTA Online with an "Eccles" license plate. This automobile, like the clothing item and weapon skin, can only be unlocked as a progression reward on current-gen consoles. Thankfully, the regular version of this car is expected to arrive as a drip-fed vehicle later on.

2) GTA+ exclusive feature
Another GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties feature that seems to be locked to a fraction of the playerbase is The Vinewood Club App, which is only available to those with a GTA+ subscription.
The new in-game mobile app comes with several quality-of-life features, with the most useful one being a quick shortcut to collect all business earnings. Buying ammo for your weapons from this app incurs no extra cost, unlike the Interaction Menu.
By choosing the "Claim Business Earnings" on the app, you can gather all your daily earnings from properties like the Nightclub, the Arcade, the Agency, the Salvage Yard, and the newly released Bail Office.
It should be noted that this subscription service doesn't even exist on PC, which means that Rockstar treats the platform just like old-gen consoles. Now, this is quite strange, as most developers treat the PC just like current-gen consoles.

3) Not much to do at a stretch
The bounty target missions that you can start at your new Bail Office in GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties are quite fun but have one major drawback. They give you two types of bounty targets — Standard and Most Wanted. The former can be repeated as many times as you want but don't pay that well.
The real draw is the Most Wanted targets, and you can only do one of these missions per real-life day. On the other hand, although there's only a 5-minute timer between each Dispatch Work vigilante mission, which is also quite generic.
So, when it comes to the true new content, you can only explore one each day. There's also the issue of drip-feed vehicles, which seems a bit drawn out at this point.
Although Rockstar did release a few new vehicles with the GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties release, all the drip-feed ones that are yet to be released will arrive at a ridiculously slow pace.
