While GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties isn't the best DLC ever released for Rockstar Games' 2013 title, it has done some things right. New missions, vehicles, and quality-of-life improvements are all part of the recent update and have made GTA Online just a little more enjoyable. You will have to spend quite a bit to access most of these fresh additions, but they are pretty fun overall.
Data miners have also found unreleased content in the DLC files, which shall be released gradually in the coming months. Until then, let's look at five of the best changes and features in the GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties update so far.

Vincent's Dispatch Work and 4 other best changes and features in GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties update
1) Most Wanted Targets
Most Wanted Targets are the highest-paying bounties in the Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement business. One is made available every day and pays a little over $100,000.
The payout may seem low, given the investment needed to get the new business, but the missions are fun and refreshing in a way. Additionally, one of these new Most Wanted Target missions reportedly references a Red Dead Redemption 2 story mode mission.
2) Ubermacht Niobe
Ubermacht Niobe is among GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties' more stylish vehicular additions. BMW i8 seems to be the inspiration behind the car's design, which gives it a sophisticated, luxurious look.
You will have to spend $1,880,000 to buy Niobe from Legendary Motorsport which, needless to say, is expensive. That being said, in return, you will get a car with an impressive 127.25 mph top speed according to Broughy1322's tests (post full upgradation). This statistic can even be increased to 159.50 mph on Current-Gen consoles by installing HSW Upgrades.

3) Vincent's Dispatch Work
Vincent's Dispatch Work missions are possibly the most cherished GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties update feature. This is because they are like Vigilante Missions from past Grand Theft Auto titles, that weren't included in GTA 5 story and online modes for some reason at launch.
There are essentially four types of Dispatch Work mission categories. The variety is indeed low, but the missions are fun, easy to complete, and pay $25,000. One downside, however, is them only being accessible in purchased cop cars costing millions of dollars, which some might use GTA Online money glitches to afford.
4) Payout increments
One of the best changes made by the GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties update is increasing the base payouts of the following Contact Missions and jobs:
- A Superyacht Life
- Lamar's Lowriders
- Operation Paper Trail
- Casino Story
- Gerald's Last Play
- Madrazo Dispatch Services
- Premium Deluxe Repo Work
- Project Overthrow
- Open Wheel Races
- Taxi Work
Many of these things are quite entertaining, but their original payouts didn't exactly seem worth the time and effort. Nevertheless, the change made by the new summer update should add more value to these Contact Missions and activities.
5) Increased Sell Mission timer
Businesses are among the best ways to make money in GTA Online. Gunrunning (Bunker) and Biker (MC Businesses) are two popular options in this department, but having to sell products via multiple sale vehicles was an extremely difficult task for solo players due to the time limit.
Luckily, the GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties update has increased the Sell Mission timer for these two particular businesses by 50% whenever launched solo.
