5 best houses in GTA 5 Online (post-Agents of Sabotage update)

GTA 5 Online has many houses on sale that players can buy from in-game websites or by standing near the sale board outside them. These range from low-end to high-end, and the difference lies in terms of garage space, interior design, and layout, as well as, obviously, the price. The game offers apartments, but stand-alone houses have unique exterior designs that give them more character and make them stand out.

For those interested, here are five of the best houses in GTA 5 Online, post the Agents of Sabotage update.

All houses mentioned in this list can be bought from the Dynasty 8 Real Estate website in Grand Theft Auto 5 Online.

1) 2044 North Conker Avenue

2044 North Conker Avenue lies just as the Vinewood Hills begin. This is a stilt house, meaning it has multiple floors, and offers two-level balconies on the side, providing a wide landscape view of Los Santos.

The inside has the standard stilt house layout and huge windows with a view of the city. The main bedroom has one such window as well, along with a walk-in wardrobe and luxurious bathroom.

2044 North Conker Avenue costs $762,000; which is pretty expensive for a house in GTA 5 Online. Its garage offers storage space for 10 vehicles and three bicycles.

2) 2113 Mad Wayne Thunder Drive

2113 Mad Wayne Thunder Drive is yet another stilt house in the Vinewood Hills. The exterior looks shabby, but the interior is still luxurious, with multiple floors. Once again, you get views of Los Santos from the big windows inside, however, the trees outside do cause a bit of obstruction.

Its garage has space for 10 GTA 5 Online vehicles and three bicycles. That said, 2113 Mad Wayne Thunder Drive costs less than 2044 North Conker Avenue. It is priced at $449,000.

3) 4 Hangman Avenue

4 Hangman Avenue, also situated in the Vinewood Hills, is a townhouse. It has a single-floor layout and decent interior design. Outside at the back, you get a picturesque view of Vinewood, Los Santos, as well as a swimming pool area.

4 Hangman Avenue only offers storage space for six vehicles and two motorcycles in GTA 5 Online, but it is incredibly cheap, costing just $175,000.

4) 4401 Procopio Drive

If you want a standalone house outside of Los Santos, 4401 Procopio Drive is a neat choice. This property is located in Paleto Bay, which is at the opposite end of the map, and offers a view of the vast ocean.

It has the standard interior design and layout of single-level houses, offering garage space for six vehicles and two motorcycles. 4401 Procopio Drive is the cheapest of all houses on this list, priced at just $165,000. Beginners can easily afford it after completing some FIB Files added with the GTA Online Agents of Sabotage update.

5) 3655 Wild Oats Drive

3655 Wild Oats Drive is a high-end stilt house in the Vinewood Hills. Its exterior boasts rather older aesthetics, but the interior is modern. The layout is the same as that of the other stilt houses mentioned above, however, the blue-lit water features do add a touch of class to this residence.

3655 Wild Oats Drive has garage space for 10 vehicles and three bicycles in GTA 5 Online. It costs $800,000, making it the most expensive house on the list.
