This week's GTA Online update is themed around Independence Day celebrations. Rockstar Games has made some interesting bonuses and discounts players can take advantage of through July 10, 2024. A few removed vehicles have also returned to the game for this week only, clad in red, white, and blue Independence Day-themed liveries that will certainly make them unique additions to your collection.
With so much on offer, some might find choosing the best options a bit challenging. So, this article will look at five of the best things to buy in GTA Online this Independence Day week (July 4-10, 2024).

Mobile Operations Center and 4 other best things to buy in GTA Online this Independence Day week (July 4-10, 2024)
1) Western Sovereign
Western Sovereign is an Independence Day-themed motorcycle that was removed from GTA Online in June 2023. However, it is available for purchase at Simeon's Premium Deluxe Motorsport showroom for this week. Although far from being among the fastest bikes in the game, its appearance makes it stand out.
Western Sovereign is extremely cheap, costing just $120,000 on regular days, but Rockstar Games has discounted it by 50% this week.
2) Declasse Vamos
The Declasse Vamos was also removed from the game last summer. This classic Muscle Car seems to be based on the Chevrolet Nova and has a decent top speed, rendering it a good choice for casual free-roaming.
Interestingly, Vamos was spotted in the first GTA 6 trailer, so, buying it can somewhat give you an early taste of the much-anticipated sequel. It will be up for sale at Simeon's Premium Deluxe Motorsport only during this GTA Online weekly update and can be bought for $596,000.
3) Mobile Operations Center
The Mobile Operations Center (MOC) is a trailer that can house a variety of facilities in its three bays. It is highly explosive resistant and can be pulled by a Hauler or Phantom Custom. Additionally, you can launch Mobile Operations Missions from your MOC by purchasing its optional Command Center update.
The MOC usually costs $1,225,000 on Warstock Cache and Carry, but it has been discounted this Independence Day week by 30% along with all its optional modifications. Although expensive, the Mobile Operations Center is arguably a better investment than the Overflod Pipistrello, lacking any useful modifications.
4) Declasse Vigero ZX Convertible
Those who like owning convertibles in GTA Online can get the $2,295,000 Declasse Vigero ZX Convertible at a 30% discount this Independence Day week. This Muscle Car is likely based on the Chevrolet Camaro Gen VI and boasts a 125.00 mph (201.17 km/h) top speed post full upgradation as per Broughy1322's performance tests.
What's interesting is that the Vigero ZX Convertible is HSW compatible and once equipped with this upgrade (only on Current-Gen consoles) can hit an improved 158.00 mph (254.28 km/h) top speed. This is much better than the new Overflod Pipistrello's performance statistics.
5) Musket
The Musket is a GTA Online weapon seemingly inspired by the 19th Century Flintlock Musket from real life. It deals a good amount of damage and does quite well at long range. Popular Grand Theft Auto YouTuber GhillieMaster has also shown that the Musket is quite effective against griefers using the notorious Pegassi Oppressor MK II.
One downside is its rather long reload animation, but at 60% off this week (default price - $21,400), it is a weapon that you should definitely look to buy.
