The Invetero Coquette D10 is one of the most notable cars in GTA Online, thanks to its high performance that can still beat many other newer cars. However, many players often overlook the vehicle as its features are not too well-known within the community. It is a hidden gem that can be used as a daily car in the multiplayer game. That said, knowing more about the vehicle would be useful before acquiring it.

1) It was released as part of the Summer 2020 DLC

The GTA Online Summer DLC of 2020 was one of the most unusual updates, as Rockstar Games had to cancel the originally planned Cops 'n' Crooks DLC, due to the Black Lives Matter protests in America. The studio later released the Grand Theft Auto Online: Los Santos Summer Special DLC with major content removal.

However, the Invetero Coquette D10 made it to the final release and is still available in the game in 2024. You can buy it for $1,510,000 from Legendary Motorsport.

2) One of the fastest sports cars in the game

The Invetero Coquette D10 is the sixth fastest car in GTA Online in the sports segment. Moreover, it is also the fastest Coquette car in the game, beating all other variants. The following are the top speeds of all Coquette cars:

Invetero Coquette D10: 130.00 mph (209.21 km/h)
Invetero Coquette: 119.25 mph (191.91 km/h)
Invetero Coquette Classic: 118.00 mph (189.90 km/h)
Invetero Coquette BlackFin: 114.25 mph (183.87 km/h)

The vehicle can complete a lap in 1:04.031, making it an ideal choice for racing.

3) The car also appears in Grand Theft Auto 6

The D10 is confirmed to be one of the returning cars in GTA 6. It appeared in the first trailer during the Ocean Drive scene. Rockstar Games placed it in the middle of a busy scene, making it easy to miss.

Nonetheless, eagle-eyed fans spotted and confirmed the car’s presence in the upcoming iteration. However, it remains unknown whether or not Grand Theft Auto 6 will bring new changes to the vehicle.

4) Comes with a plethora of customizations

Even though the Invetero Coquette D10 does not have special upgrades, such as Hao’s Special Works Performance upgrades, Imani Tech features, Benny’s Original Motor Works features, and tuner modifications, Rockstar Games has provided it with many regular customizations.

The prominent sports car in GTA Online has 11 bumpers to choose from, 11 liveries, nine spoilers, and many other modification options. You can also remove its roof and build different variants of the D10. However, doing so might affect the vehicle's aerodynamics and performance.

5) Has great performance output

The Invetero Coquette D10 is a beast on the road, both in terms of speed and performance output. It has a low-suspension aerodynamic body inspired by the real-life Chevrolet Corvette C8. While the top speed has already been mentioned before, the car has remarkable acceleration and handling.

In case of a slide or spin-out, you can easily regain control of the vehicle with minimum effort. This is why the D10 is considered one of the best vehicles to drive in Grand Theft Auto 5 Online. It will be interesting to see what treatment Rockstar decides to give it in the future.
