1) It's a tricycle

The Nagasaki Chimera in GTA Online is classified as a motorcycle, but it's technically a tricycle. There are two other tricycles in the game — the Western Rampant Rocket Tricyle, and the Stryder, which is another Nagasaki vehicle. The BF Raptor is another three-wheeled vehicle, and although it was also released alongside the Bikers update, it has a steering and falls under the Sports class.

Although most in-game vehicles are based on real-life models, this doesn't apply to the Nagasaki Chimera in GTA Online. This vehicle is an original design that Rockstar came up with, based on what custom tricycles usually look like.

A major reason behind this is that most real-world tricycles are custom-made using different parts and also modified so much that they don't resemble any motorcycle. The official description of the vehicle reads:

4) Odd physics handling

As described by GTA Wiki, the Chimera's mechanical design is a hybrid of motorcycle and ATV physics. Although this wouldn't ordinarily be an issue, using the Chimera for aerial jumps is practically suicide because of the strange physics handling, which nearly prevents the vehicle from pitching and rolling in midair.

Rather, it will either stay at the same angle it lifted off the ground or violently nosedive after flying off a jump. So, it is not a good idea to take it to a stunt race or into hilly terrain, as the player may land incorrectly after jumping and even die from the crash.

If you own a Biker Clubhouse in GTA Online, there's a chance that you may see the Nagasaki Chimera show up there. The reason for this is the MC Clubhouse Bike Service, where your job is to customize a customer's bike according to their specifications and then return it to them. When the vehicle appears as a customer's bike, you can choose to purchase it instead.
