While GTA 4 was released 16 years ago, its characters remain popular within the Grand Theft Auto community. Rockstar Games has yet to reveal many characters from GTA 6 and fans are hoping to see someone from the 2008 title make a return in 2025. Old characters returning in newer titles is a common practice in the series, and the developer can easily do it.

This article lists five characters from GTA 4 that Rockstar Games should bring back in GTA 6.

1) Jerry Kapowitz

While Jerry Kapowitz appeared as a minor character in GTA 4 and The Ballad of Gay Tony, Rockstar Games left his story with a cliffhanger. At the end of The Ballad of Gay Tony, the character was seen finding the diamonds that every criminal organization in Liberty City was after.

.Afterward, he decided to move to Vice City and open a gun shop and liquor store. Since GTA 6 will take place in Vice City and Jerry's fate was left unresolved, Rockstar Games should consider bringing him back in the new game.

2) Agent United Liberty Paper

Agent United Liberty Paper appears to be one of the most dominating characters in the HD Universe of the Grand Theft Auto series. While he first appeared in GTA 4 as an International Affairs Agency (IAA) agent, he continues to be a part of the series in Grand Theft Auto Online.

It goes without saying that the International Affairs Agency will be a part of GTA 6 as well. Therefore, Rockstar Games should bring this GTA 4 character back in the upcoming game as well. Agent United Liberty Paper is one of the badass characters who keeps the GTA protagonists under his control.

3) Bruce Motivation "Brucie" Kibbutz

Brucie Kibbutz is a popular GTA 4 character who is known for his wild behavior and extreme lifestyle habits. The character continues to be part of Grand Theft Auto Online and provides you with Bull Shark Testosterone steroid whenever requested. Brucie first operated in Liberty City and then moved to Los Santos where he works as a masseur at The Diamond Casino & Resort.

Since he is addicted to lavish lifestyles and cars, Rockstar Games should bring him back in the future as well. Brucie could be a fitness trainer for Jason and Lucia in Vice City.

4) Patrick “Packie” McReary

Patrick McReary is a hustler who deserves to be in the upcoming game as well. Ever since GTA 4, the character was seen hustling and working with others to make ends meet. Therefore, Rockstar Games should give him a proper climax in GTA 6 by showing him as a successful crime lord.

Considering his experiences, Patrick McReary could be one of the mission providers for the upcoming protagonists in Vice City. He moved out of Liberty City to find better work opportunities. Therefore, he should reappear in the upcoming game as well.

5) Roman Bellic

Roman Bellic is undoubtedly one of the most loved characters from GTA 4. While he can be annoying at times, his return to GTA 6 will surely be celebrated by the fans. Since the fans have not heard about him in years, Rockstar Games should bring Roman back in the upcoming game.

As of 2013, Roman continued to operate his cab business. He could be a cab service provider in Vice City as well.
