The Chinese mob boss is a blind character who, despite his disability, acts quite smart and interacts very fluently.

While CJ said the dialog with no puns intended, it ironically became one of the most hilarious lines in the 2008 title. During the mission Key to Her Heart, CJ said this dialog to Woozie to elaborate his plans.

Big Smoke’s massive meal order is undoubtedly one of the reasons why GTA San Andreas is remembered to this date. During the mission Drive-Thru, the notorious character places this order at a Cluckin' Bell restaurant, cited by Redditor GAM3R (u/luckysury333).

While the complete order includes a long list of fast food items, many die-hard GTA fans can perfectly recite it without making any mistakes. Big Smoke’s order also became a popular meme in pop culture. Many fans also tried to recreate this scene in various real-life restaurants.

3) Michael to the Vangelico security guard

Michael De Santa delivered some of the hardest lines in GTA 5 Story Mode, and this dialog cited by Redditor v__R4Z0R__v (u/v__R4Z0R__v) is arguably one of the most remembered dialogs to date. The protagonist told it to the Vangelico security guard after robbing the store.

Michael is known as a classy killer among Grand Theft Auto 5 fans, and this dialog perfectly suits his personality. Throughout the game, he used this dialog only two times. Still, the player base remembers it even after 10 years since the game’s release. It's also worth noting that the same dialog caused him to be traced back by Trevor Philips after several years.

During the mission The Cousins Bellic, Niko said the above lines describing his past to Roman Bellic. GTA 4 fans often praise Rockstar Games for including such strong dialogs in the 2008 title.

Although Big Smoke is one of the most hated characters in GTA San Andreas, fans still remember many of his lines. The one above cited by ZENCİ BMW M3 GTR (u/Effective-Pen7078) was from the Wrong Side of the Tracks mission where Big Smoke taunted CJ for failing the mission objective.

It was also one of the most ironically funny moments in the game as Big Smoke was the one who failed to kill the enemies despite having all the time in the world.
