GTA Online players have over 10 heists at their disposal, but they don't play all of them. Some of these, like the Cayo Perico and the Diamond Casino heists, have become fan favorites. Others, like the Fleeca Job and the Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid, are popular due to how easy they are to set up. Note that the latter isn't a true heist, as the game considers it a series of Contact Missions.
Nevertheless, GTA Online players have varying opinions about these in-game heists, and we've created a list of the most popular ones based on multiple Reddit threads.

Top 5 heists that GTA Online players love, ranked
5) Fleeca Job
The Fleeca Job may not be the most profitable heist in the game, but GTA Online players do this simply because of how easily it can be set up. You only need a High-End Apartment to start one of the original heists Rockstar introduced in 2015.
The Fleeca Job is the first one, and naturally, most new players do this before starting any other heist. It also gives you a massive discount on the price of the Armored Kuruma, which is one of the best vehicles for GTA Online beginners. This is a two-player heist that involves robbing a Fleeca Bank outlet.
4) Prison Break
Prison Break is the next heist that's unlocked right after completing the Fleeca Job, so many GTA Online players go through it as well. Many fans seem to love this heist because, as its name suggests, you have to get involved in a prison break. In fact, the cinematic nature of this heist is inspired by the Prison Break TV series.
The only issue here is the uncertainty involved when playing with random players, who may quit if they don't get their desired role. So, having three other friends to play with can be necessary.
3) Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid
As the newest heist, the Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid was added to Grand Theft Auto Online earlier on March 7, 2024. It's ridiculously easy to initiate this heist, even more so than the original ones. You don't even need to buy any property or make a huge investment to start the Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid. So, it's not hard to imagine why GTA Online players love to do this heist.
Just head over to Vincent's marker on the map and start doing the missions from The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid.
2) Cayo Perico Heist
The Cayo Perico Heist used to give out an incredible payout in Grand Theft Auto Online, making it the game's most profitable heist. It's still the most lucrative heist, though Rockstar has nerfed it quite a bit, reducing the payments. You can still make millions from Cayo Perico, but it might take a bit of luck and a lot of grinding.
The heist itself is quite fun if done appropriately. Most GTA Online players prefer the stealthy approach, where the island isn't alerted to your presence until the end sequence where El Rubio comes out himself.
1) Diamond Casino Heist
The Diamond Casino Heist has often been cited as the most fun heist by most GTA Online players, even if it's not the most profitable or easy to start. You can take three different approaches with this heist, and all of these come with unlockable outfits and other rewards. Unlike Cayo Perico, you can't do this solo, but it's worth it just because of how methodical and cinematic it feels.
You need an Arcade to start this heist, which in itself is one of the best properties in the game as it generates a constant stream of passive income.
