Rockstar Games’ Bully is rumored to join the GTA Plus subscription this month. The studio has yet to announce the new monthly benefits, but various reliable sources have claimed that the 2006 title would be a part of the paid benefits soon. While the studio launched the subscription in March 2022, a significant majority of players still shy away from it.

Nonetheless, this article lists five reasons why Bully could be a great reason to buy the GTA Plus subscription in Grand Theft Auto 5 Online.

Note: This article is subjective and only reflects the writer’s opinions. The listing is not in any order.

5 reasons why you should buy GTA Plus after Bully integration

1) It will be available for free

As of August 2024, Rockstar Games charges $14.99 for Bully on PlayStation and Xbox consoles, which is half the amount Grand Theft Auto 5 costs on PC. However, if you subscribe to the GTA Plus membership, you’ll be able to play Bully for free. The subscription gives you unlimited free access to the 2006 title, as long as you are an active member.

If you don’t want to buy the full game and check how the gameplay is, then doing it through subscription benefits is the smartest way to go.

2) Bully is regarded as a cult classic game

Bully is one of the gems from Rockstar Games’ 3D Universe. Although it did not end up becoming a cult franchise like the Grand Theft Auto series games, veteran players still love it to the fullest. If you are new to the Rockstar Games player base, then you must try Bully through the GTA Plus subscription.

Moreover, many Grand Theft Auto games have various Easter eggs and indirect references to Bully. Therefore, to understand these, get a GTA Plus subscription, and start playing the 2006 title as soon as it is available.

3) Bully may show you the never-seen-before side of Rockstar

Rockstar Games is known for its witty humor and borderline offensive acts in both GTA and other games. However, Bully will surely show you a never-seen-before side of the studio. The game is set in a high school environment where you play as 15-year-old Jimmy Hopkins.

All the missions, side quests, and collectibles include school activities, both good and naughty. While it is not as violent as the Grand Theft Auto series, Bully has some questionable missions that are very fun to do. Therefore, you should be ready for the day when Bully joins the GTA Plus subscription.

4) The subscription has other benefits

As of August 2024, the GTA Plus subscription has plenty of benefits compared to when it was launched. Rockstar Games is trying hard to lure PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S players into getting the membership. The following are a few salient features of the GTA Plus membership benefits:

  • Free in-game cash up to $1.5 million
  • Access to The Vinewood Club
  • A free car every month
  • Free exclusive clothes
  • Exclusive vehicles customizations
  • Various in-game paid services become free

Rockstar Games also sometimes releases new in-game features early for those with a subscription.

5) You will also be able to play other Rockstar titles

The paid membership will not only give you access to Bully but also to other Rockstar Games titles. The following games are currently available with the subscription:

  • L.A. Noire
  • Red Dead Redemption + Undead Nightmare
  • Grand Theft Auto San Andreas DE
  • Grand Theft Auto Vice City DE
  • Grand Theft Auto 3 DE
  • Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories mobile
  • Grand Theft Auto Chinatown Wars mobile

Bully is expected to join this list soon as Rockstar has changed its Launcher design already.
