Fans anticipate GTA 6 Online to outshine the current version, and this can only be achieved by adding some new features and gameplay mechanics to the upcoming title. While Rockstar Games has promised that GTA 6 will be better than anything before, the online multiplayer mode will be a completely different challenge.
Offering a smooth multiplayer experience to players is crucial for GTA 6 Online's success. The current multiplayer mode of GTA 5 already suffers from some extremely annoying things.
So, this article will list five things that need to be in the upcoming title's multiplayer mode to make it better.

Five things Rockstar Games should add to GTA 6 Online to make it better than GTAO
1) Stealth
A variety of missions in GTA Online would be much more fun with a proper stealth mode. Unfortunately, the game lacks this crucial feature. Thus, fans want Rockstar Games to implement stealth as it is meant to be in GTA 6 Online.
Not only will it open new ways to complete tasks but also give more options to players. Sometimes, stealth works better than going guns blazing into a building brimming with armed enemies. Having the option of different approaches makes missions much more interesting and playable.
2) Lesser initial grind
Setting up a business in GTA Online is one of the few ways to get rich fast and make your way to other endeavors. However, the initial investment and the following grind can sometimes be a little too much. Naturally, players don't wish to spend their time grinding uninteresting tasks in GTA 6 Online as well.
Along with interesting features and gameplay mechanics, the upcoming title should also offer various ways to make money in the multiplayer mode. This will keep the playerbase happy and content.
3) Better PvP modes
The current GTAO does not have interesting PvP (player vs player) modes except for races or general confrontations in the public lobbies. Players looking for some action have to either aggravate others or join an Adversary Mode. But, most of them are bland and see fewer player counts.
Hence, GTA 6 Online should have dedicated PvP modes where one can challenge others and have fun. It would allow anyone interested to check their skills and try out various things against other skilled individuals without being a menace in a public lobby. It would also make the lobbies much less toxic than they are in GTAO.
4) Lack of overpowered vehicles
Overpowered vehicles have completely ruined the multiplayer experience of GTAO much to the fans' disappointment. The game used to be simple and offer a fair competition against other players. However, things are now very different with griefers using Oppressor MK II and raining destruction while flying across the sky.
Naturally, players have absolutely no interest in seeing anything like it in GTA 6 Online. It would ruin the general atmosphere of the game and give some an unfair advantage.
5) A variety of side tasks
One of the biggest issues with the current GTA Online is its lack of interesting side activities. Players are stuck with completing sell missions or participating in heists. While these are fun for a while, they quickly become monotonous. This is a big reason fans would like some side missions like Vigilante, Paramedic, and Firemen to try in GTA 6 Online.
Doing something relaxing without having to worry about other players or payouts will be a good distraction from the missions and heists. Players would be able to unwind between rough missions or simply do these activities in GTA 6 Online instead of roaming across the map.
