Tuner Cars are among the many categories of cars in GTA Online. Most vehicles belonging to this class are decently priced and offer good performance. Some even drift quite well. However, a feature that these automobiles lack is compatibility with HSW performance upgrades.
For those unaware, HSW upgrades can be installed in certain vehicles in the game's PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions to drastically improve their top speed and acceleration. Needless to say, these upgrades' availability for Tuner Cars will add a lot of value to them.
With this in mind, here are five Tuner Cars in GTA Online that need HSW upgrades.

Karin Sultan RS Classic and 4 other Tuner Cars in GTA Online that need HSW upgrades
1) Dinka Jester RR
The Dinka Jester RR is quite popular among JDM car enthusiasts and is seemingly based on a modern Toyota Supra. It has lots of customizations, can be equipped with the recently added Drift Tuning modification, and boasts a 125.00 mph top speed after full upgradation, according to Broughy1322, a reputed GTA YouTuber.
That being said, if Rockstar Games makes the Jester RR compatible with HSW upgrades, it could become one of the best cars in GTA Online. It could essentially become a viable competitive alternative to Super Cars and Sports Cars.
2) Karin Previon
The Karin Previon looks to be a combination of the Lexus SC 300 (Z30), Toyota Soarer (Z30), and the fourth-generation Honda Prelude (BA/BB). It has four seats and could be a really good choice among Tuner Cars in GTA Online if it isn't held back by its average top speed of 115.50 mph.
It goes without saying that HSW upgrades could do a world of good to the Previon. While it isn't known if Rockstar Games will ever do this to any Tuner Car, the upcoming GTA Online Summer Update would be the right occasion to implement this change.
3) Karin Sultan RS Classic
Many GTA Online players are fans of the Karin Sultan RS Classic's simple yet sleek design, which seems to be based on the Subaru Impreza 22B STI. The car possesses decent drifting ability, but, just like the Karin Previon, could offer a lot more in terms of performance.
The Sultan RS Classic's base price of $1,789,000 is another reason why Rockstar Games should add more value to it. The easiest solution for this would be to let players improve its standard 117.50 mph top speed via HSW upgrades.
4) Pfister Comet S2
There are many Comet variants in GTA Online, and all of them perform pretty well and have impressive top speeds. The Pfister Comet S2, which resembles the Porsche 992, goes as fast as 123.00 mph when fully upgraded. However, this Tuner Car needs something that makes it unique, and compatibility with HSW upgrades could do just that.
The Pfister Comet S2 is also expensive, costing $1,878,000 (with a $1,408,500 Trade Price). This price would be better justified if there was an option to install HSW upgrades.
5) Dinka Kanjo SJ
The Dinka Kanjo SJ is seemingly a Honda Civic Coupe Gen V-inspired vehicle that doesn't exactly offer much. It also has a pretty expensive price tag, costing $1,370,000 (with a $1,027,500 Trade Price) on Southern San Andreas Super Autos, a website that sells many Tuner Cars in GTA Online.
That isn't justified at all since the Dinka Kanjo SJ has an incredibly slow top speed (107.25 mph) and lacks any other useful qualities. Thus, providing it with HSW upgrades would make it somewhat worth the price tag and rank it among the best Tuner Cars in GTA Online.
