So many GTA Online vehicles cost an absurd amount of money, especially when some of them aren't very good. Thankfully, there are a few viable options that cost under $100,000. While there are several free cars and bikes available on the market, this article will focus solely on stuff that players can purchase for anything above $0. As long as the vehicles are good in some niche and cost less than $100,000, they could be on this list.
Everything listed here has existed until the recent price change update, where Rockstar Games balanced some vehicles on the top end. Since the content listed below here is much cheaper than those vehicles, nothing has changed here. Still, if anything new is introduced after this update, it won't be mentioned here.
Note: Some aspects of this article are subjective.
Five of the best vehicles to purchase under $100,000 in GTA Online (as of the latest price change update)
1) Bati 801 / Bati 801RR

Price: $15,000
It's worth noting that the Bati 801RR is identical to the Bati 801 in terms of price and performance. The only difference is that the former has a different livery, meaning players can pick whichever one looks better to them.
Anything that costs under $100,000 is usually pretty slow, but the Bati 801 has an impressive top speed of 135 mph. Anybody interested in a quick bike for traveling GTA Online's overworld or competing in some races may love this motorcycle.
2) BF400

Price: $95,000
Although barely under $100,000, the BF400 is still an excellent candidate for this list. It's a solid motorcycle that is terrific for off-road races, making it a staple that several GTA Online players still use to this day. It barely edges out the Bati 801 in terms of top speed, with an impressive record of 137 mph.
That also makes the BF400 the fastest vehicle under $100,000 GTA Online players can buy. If a bike's performance from the get-go is the most important thing to a new player, then the BF400 is an excellent investment.
3) Futo

Price: $9,000
Anybody interested in drifting may want to consider the Futo. It's the best drift machine available to low-level players, especially since $9,000 is virtually nothing in GTA Online. Remember that the excellent drift builds will cost extra money, but they still won't be that expensive.
Fans of JDM vehicles may also like the Futo, especially if they are just starting their collection and need something fun to drive pronto. The liveries on this thing are also pretty good, making the Futo an all-around neat vehicle to own for those looking for something cheap.
4) Sentinel XS

Price: $60,000
The Sentinel XS is decent performance-wise at this price point. However, the main reason to get this car for a vehicle under $100,000 is to upgrade it to its HSW counterpart eventually. GTA Online players can get the first conversion for free, so you could theoretically get a fast HSW vehicle available near the start of the game.
Just keep in mind that the Sentinel XS is one of the weaker HSW vehicles. Still, its HSW counterpart has a top speed of 137.75 mph, making it far faster than most other cars in GTA Online. Not to mention, the Sentinel XS (HSW) has the best top speed for a Coupe in this game.
5) Dominator

Price: $35,000
If GTA Online players want a cheap muscle car, then the Dominator is an excellent option. One can even get the automobile at a lower price of $26,250 via Arena War, but it's honestly not necessarily since the price difference is so minuscule.
The Dominator is pretty fast at a top speed of 120.25 mph, although its turning capabilities leave a bit to be desired. Otherwise, the Dominator is the best muscle car that is less than $100,000 that players can pay for in this game.
