Rockstar Games even re-released it several times, most recently in 2021, as part of the Grand Theft Auto Trilogy Definitive Edition. Fans have great memories of the game’s lore and they all love Carl “CJ” Johnson as the protagonist. However, when it comes to melee weapons, they have different preferences.

Brass Knuckles, otherwise known as Knuckle Dusters, is a melee weapon featured in every 3D Universe title in the franchise and Grand Theft Auto 5. However, in GTA San Andreas, players can tweak their muscle mass by using in-game gyms, giving them extra strength when using bare hands and seemingly Knuckle Dusters.

The Chainsaw is a melee weapon last seen in Grand Theft Auto Chinatown Wars. However, it is rumored to return in the upcoming Grand Theft Auto 6.
