"Burnout revenge ahh takedown": GTA Online fans react to a hilarious encounter between two players

GTA Online fans can't help but be impressed with a spectacular takedown recently showcased on Reddit. A user by the name of HeyDavvvyyy posted a gameplay video where one player (presumably the OP) is seen chasing another in one of the newly released cop cars in GTA Online.

During the high-speed pursuit on the La Puerta Freeway, the player in the cop car tries to ram into the other individual's SUV. However, the police vehicle slides out of control and hits the SUV with its rear. Surprisingly, this launches the latter into the air and sees it fly over the guardrail. The vehicle spins violently before hitting another bridge and exploding.

The cop car used here was the Impaler SZ Cruiser, and it also flew out of the freeway. However, it landed safely in the Los Santos Canal. The bizarre but entertaining crash seemed like something out of the Burnout games. Responding to the clip, Redditor Scubysman pointed out:

The police in the game have been frequently criticized for being trigger-happy. They will try to kill you for the pettiest of crimes, even at the lowest Wanted level. Many of the comments made references to Georgia's police force, with the OP themselves using the title "This video is sponsored by the Georgia PD." This is because Georgia State Patrol is renowned for its strict enforcement of traffic laws.

GTA Online has several purchasable cop cars now

Rockstar introduced the first few purchasable cop cars in Grand Theft Auto Online back with The Chop Shop DLC in December 2023. The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid update, which was a continuation of The Chop Shop, increased the roster.

With the Bottom Dollar Bounties DLC, which was released only recently, we now have a total of nine different law enforcement vehicles (if the Park Ranger isn't counted as one).

Fans are having a lot of fun with these cars, as evidenced by this latest Reddit video. The vehicles are listed below:

• Stanier LE Cruiser
• Impaler SZ Cruiser
• Police Riot
• Impaler LX Cruiser
• Greenwood Cruiser

It should be noted that these vehicles are among the most expensive cars in GTA Online, with each costing around $4 to $5 million if Trade Prices aren't considered.
